Every time I've had to go to DR, scheduling an appointment has been horrible. Cannot go online to select a date and time. If you want to schedule on line, the website says they will call you back in 2 to 3 days. That's bad. If you want to call the scheduling number yourself, it's almost an hour on hold every time to get someone to speak to. What a waste of time, and totally unacceptable! Mammogram techs are awesome and skillful. Minimal discomfort during procedure. Staff are polite, professional and friendly. I have trusted DR eversince vs the rest.
