Front desk was very knowledgeable and professional. I now need someone to call me for a STAT MRI appointment please! The appointment line is hours long unfortunately.

Every employee I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was the best experience I've ever had a diagnostics facility. I do not live on the side of town where I had my appointment, but it was well worth the drive time and I will continue going to that location when my schedule allows.

Everyone I encountered was pleasant, considerate and helpful! The amount of time it took for me to get checked in, seen and checked out was unprecedented! I’ve had many experiences with desert radiology at other locations however, this location runs like a well oiled machine. Very efficient!

You need to hire more employees to answer the phones. I had tried making an appointment for 21/2 weeks and even waited up to 47 minutes trying to make an MRI appointment. I finally went in to do X-rays and make the appointment but apparently for the past 5 MONTHS you haven’t had an X-ray tech at that location. How does a Radiology business have no X-RAY TECH? I’m extremely disappointed. If this happens again I will be going to Steinberg Diagnostics for sure!
