Came early for my appointment but I was entertained right away and had my MRI done.

I did not wait long and I was informed in advance that I would be called soon. The person who did my ultrasound is really a professional, knows what she is doing, answered all of my questions and was focused on giving me the best service. I am not 100% sure but I think her name is Melissa. Thanks to that location for my pleasant experience.

Desert Radiology is a wonderful & clean place to visit the entire staff there are polite and understanding and all are professionals. I visited this facility a few times and have always been happy to be part of Desert Radiology-Centra Point.

Everyone was very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. The wait time was minimal - got in at my appointment time. The procedure (ultrasound) was done with expertise. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Great service!!!!

The lobby, restroom and the entire building from what I could see, was immaculate. The staff was friendly and professional which helped my relax and my MRI went smoothly thanks to Robert, my tech. He explained everything very patiently and told me if I didn't feel comfortable at any time to just use the buzzer to call him. I also loved the closeness of the location to my home. Overall, a very positive experience. If I need further appointments for any radiology needs in the future, this will be the place I'll go.
