There should be more than one check in person as many patients are elderly can’t stand to check in.
Scheduling person was outstanding. Called back after the call was dropped. Was able to provide an apt that night within 3 hours of the call. All other aspects of my experience was outstanding
I usually go to the Centra Point location, but have in the past gone to other locations. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The people performing the procedure are always concerned that you are comfortable and always explain what they are going to do. All of the locations I have been too through the years have always been very nice, very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Experience was easy & all facets of CT process was excellent.
Take a look at some of the reviews from all other desert radiologist. Because they've got two star reviews right now they're having their family and friends write five-star reviews THEY ARE NOT TRUE HERE IS THE TRUTH: I have been with desert radiology for over 40 years. I will tell you in the last couple of years they have been absolute thieves. Just go ahead and look online and look at the reviews. I had an X-ray on my shoulder and left arm on Feb the 4th 2025. And until now, Feb the 17th 2025 I still don’t have the report of the radiologist. . Without the the report the doctor would not be able to apply the referral for the MRI! Why it’s taking so long to get the radiology report? How many radiologist do the DR have??? Very poor service!!!
I was supposed to get a copy of my MrI through e-mail and I never received it.
