Was kept on hold for 20 minutes waiting for an appointment. I called them back cause I thought they forgot me then after holding again for 8 minutes I gave up. Drove to office to make appointment and waited in lobby for 30 minutes to set up appointment. Person was nice enough to contact other offices for recent appointment.
The MRI technician was great, but the person that brought me in and tried to run the IV missed my vein twice. She was really nice but she missed my obvious veins twice and it hurt really bad. I felt like and looked like a pin cushion. Especially for someone that doesn’t like needles it was a very bad experience.
Every time I've had to go to DR, scheduling an appointment has been horrible. Cannot go online to select a date and time. If you want to schedule on line, the website says they will call you back in 2 to 3 days. That's bad. If you want to call the scheduling number yourself, it's almost an hour on hold every time to get someone to speak to. What a waste of time, and totally unacceptable! Excellent experience. Kristin was wonderful.
Wait time on the phone to make the appt. Took 45 minutes. Once I arrived at the time I was told (20 minutes before my scheduled appt.) I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Unacceptable. The tech was very good knowledgeable and friendly.
Your company does Not answer phone calls. Once you get to the office, everyone is great!
