Very caring staff
Went the DR on Cimmaron, got my Mammogram on time…waited OVER an hour for my Bone Density, even after the tech from my mammogram checked I still was never called back. I finally went to the front and they rescheduled me for DR on Eastern. I got my Bone Density fine there.
Scheduling the exam is a pain in the neck. The waiting time for CT and MRI studies is at least 30 min and can be as long as 2 hours or more, averaging about 90 min. My internists referred me elsewhere because they told me that when their office does the scheduling the wait time is equaling long and insurance will not pay for the time their office girls wait on the phone for Desert Radiology scheduling clerk to answer the phone. Your appointment system is critical needs updating! Waited on hold for over half hour. I may go else where next time!!
The appointment booking system is awful. Please learn from QuestDiagnostics how they do in online method. Yours online method to get a return call after 3-5 days is ridiculous! Laughable👎🏿
Lack of hiring enough, staff is putting me off of going to Desert radiology. I went to them because they were closest they were easiest to get to, and it didn’t take long but now they’ve chosen not to hire enough people, so I guess I choose to go to another radiologist. 10 days to do report on X-ray unacceptable and when I complain the the staff person at center point location tells me then I should go to another radiologist! The scheduling process is horrid. Wait times nearly an hour and disconnected. You have rude and abrupt schedulers. I would prefer a robot!! Your entire other staff members are above excellent at the Cimarron location
Trying to make an appointment is a nightmare!! I was told that Desert Radiology NO LONGER calls patients to give appointments. So, trying to get through to make an appointment is horrific!!! Hours upon hours is totally unacceptable! The reason I’m calling in the first place, is that I’m in excruciating pain! The longer it takes to get an appointment, is making it even longer to get a diagnosis and some relief from the pain!! PLEASE, do better!!!
