I’ve been a patient of Desert Radiology for years. There has never been a visit that has not been professional. The customer service members have to deal with many issues and are excellent in their response. Kudos to the gentleman, up front, who was assisting a very frustrated patient. He was professional, empathetic, and patient. He was able to avoid a difficult situation getting worse.

The check-in staff was average, the attendant for the MRI was very friendly, and the MRI technician did a great job. Your waiting area is dismal: uncomfortable furniture, dated look, no wifi.
