I went to DR 3 different days to see if my referral had come through for a chest X-ray. No each time. I gave up on that, and took a copy of the referral from my Dr. office that had been sent to DR 10 days prior, and received my X-ray. At the time of my X-ray, DR was still telling me they had not received the referral.
To a person, the employees were pleasant, friendly, and professional. It was a great experience! What

Didn’t have to wait long to be called and the technicians were SO thorough, and as it was a diagnostic screening I was very grateful for their care and attention.

I always dread having the mammogram but the mammogram experience in Horizon Ridge is always a positive one. The tech is quick and gentle enough that it does not hurt. The sonogram was a surprise with the gel being warm. The bathroom is in the same room that having a full bladder was not such an inconvenience.
