The wait time to get “walk in x-rays” is always too long. An hour or more every time. Once you get put in a room, things are fine after that.
Exceptional service from check in to verifying insurance. The dexa scan technician and mammography technician were very kind, compassionate and cheerful! Please acknowledge these individuals as good help is rare these days!!!

Everyone was helpful, fast, efficient and friendly. Staff up front was quick and easy. Technicians doing my tests - I had 2 done, were wonderful! Easy peasy! These ladies were so nice and friendly. Made my tests a piece of cake. Thank you so much. It’s been a long while since I’ve been to any doctor and after seeing you’all I don’t know why i waited so long. 👍😉🙏

Staff was friendly but every time I have been here, my appointment time was passed up by at least 20 minutes, more typically 30+
Entire staff was professional & pleasant. Especially Cole X-ray tech.
