I was promptly signed in, my orders brought up by the receptionist and I was given a brief form to sign. Since it was late afternoon, the waiting area was mostly empty and I was called in for my scan within 5 minutes. My technician was pleasant and efficient. Thank you for consistently providing an excellent, stress free location. After my test on Wednesday, by Saturday my results were in my home mailbox…thank you DR.

May 2023 @ 6:30 pm. I was surprised they had late hours, very convenient. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Waiting time was under 10 minutes. The technician was very professional and explained the process. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I showed up for my appointment for a ct scan only to find it had been cancelled the day before. I didn’t get notified. I fasted for 4 hours and drank the bottle of barium.. I got the email that read we are looking forward to seeing you. Please be on time for your appointment. I didn’t get the email telling me your appointment is cancelled.

Besides long wait times on the phone and having to wait 2 months for my appointment, everything else was great. Everyone I dealt with from appointment making to the front desk staff to the radiologists were professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable.
