Customer service and wait times were fine. It's the quality of the X-rays that is the issue. My Dr literally said these X-rays " suck". And I had to get a whole new set at his office so he could access my wrist. I won't have X-rays done here anymore. Peolple were nice - just the X-rays the tech took we're not.

Son Jerry for my 91-year-old mother who had an upper g.i./fluroscope. The two women that did it were incredible. Everyone was great, but they made her feel safe, secure, did not talk down to her and were outstanding. Their names are Jackie and Erica. We have always been pleased at Desert Radiology, but theses two ladies were the best ever!
