DR's S. Rainbow facility did not have a Hoyer lift to accommodate my wife (stroke victim) for a scheduled MRI. We were not made aware of this until after we arrived (via paid medical transportation) and were forced to re-schedule the MRI for two weeks later at the Palomino facility. Although the staffs at both DR locations were courteous and helpful, this could have been avoided had DR.scheduling representatives asked if special equipment would be required, OR by standardizing equipment availability at DR facilities. Scheduling employees were very friendly and helpful, I have never experienced the outstanding treatment from any other medical facility. The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Desert Radiologist.
