It was easy and everyone was very helpful. Not your fault, but one patient came in to book an appointment, but was told it was too late. She had driven a long distance and had tried to call for days, but said no one ever answered the phone. She was very upset. Maybe you need to add more people to your phones. Also noticed a flyer saying you no longer take Aetna insurance as of 10/1. That sounded bad for people with Aetna.Â

The ultra tech she was very nice and caring patient and the Dr. Doctor she very calm good explanation about procedures and care what happened after the procedure she care about the patient too. Before that I been trying to get appointments every time I call to make an appointment they hang me so I Stop to call. I try to do online appointments no one respond for so many days 1 month passing by then I m forgot and finally I got a call from my home and she leave a message then thats time I make an appointment I dont know... read more
