1) Check in process was fast. I didn’t have to wait long before my name was called. 2) The assisting nurse (Cheryl) was very nice, sympathetic and comforting. I was scared but, with her reassurance, felt confident that she and the doctor would take good care of me during the medical procedure.

I was late for my appointment due to my GPS was messed up and quit working, but they took me anyway after only a short wait. The tech was very gentle in doing my mammogram compared to some places being rough and it didn’t take very long either. Very pleased with everything!
