Tech was very patient and nice. The process from start to finish was excellent!
The Desert Radiologygy was referred by my breast care specialist. And I'm glad they referred me to them because as a deaf patient, I want to go to a medical facility that cares, respects, and is friendly to a patient, especially in hard times like now, Desert Radiology team is exactly that. Even the doctor was nice. In a nutshell, Desert Radiology is deaf-friendly and I highly recommend it to deaf patients. Also, they do provide a sign language interpreter, which is crucial. An Awesome place for positivity and caring.

My test took less time than my wait time. But no worries, This DR is so efficient and pleasant that I did not mind the wait. My tech was vey thorough and explained the procedure as it happened. Very clean facility. Professional and courteous office staff. Good experience.

DR's S. Rainbow facility did not have a Hoyer lift to accommodate my wife (stroke victim) for a scheduled MRI. We were not made aware of this until after we arrived (via paid medical transportation) and were forced to re-schedule the MRI for two weeks later at the Palomino facility. Although the staffs at both DR locations were courteous and helpful, this could have been avoided had DR.scheduling representatives asked if special equipment would be required, OR by standardizing equipment availability at DR facilities.
