Your check in process was not good. I was asked for ID and insurance then was told to have a seat while the girls behind the desk played around. No one should hold a person ID for a long period of time.

Received a letter from Desert Radiology stating I had a lump and needed a follow up appointment. I then received a bill for $1,066.06. My insurance had approved my X-rays and when I checked in the front desk confirmed the orders and didn’t mention a $1,066.06 copayment. I didn’t pay the bill assuming my insurance would pay it. I then received another letter from Desert Radiology stating the mammogram I had taken was now found to be normal. Seem shady.
You were very fast in calling me in. The radiologist was very polite and had a sweet heart. Thank you
