Both health care providers were friendly and efficient. Lobby was really noisy with patients talking loudly on their phones. Was hard to hear my name called when it was my turn. Is there a way to stop this? Some doctor’s offices have signs “no cell phone use”.

Two days prior I did everything on the computer, when arriving at my 1:45 pm check in time, I was told to have a seat. Realizing people coming in after me and being called back, I was getting a bit annoyed and the receptionist noticed that I was still waiting and approached me and asked if I had been helped. I proceeded to tell her that I’ve been there since 1:25 and it was now 4:05 pm. After taking my order, I was then apologized to and was called to the back where the procedure only took 3 minutes.
