I was late for my appointment due to my GPS was messed up and quit working, but they took me anyway after only a short wait. The tech was very gentle in doing my mammogram compared to some places being rough and it didn’t take very long either. Very pleased with everything!

All the techs were so caring. I had an order for left breast aspiration/biopsy but after the ultrasound it was decided I needed a right breast biopsy. They needed my doctors order to proceed. I told her to call him as his office answers the phone. They called and got the order and got everything done right then and there. Otherwise I would have had to have a return visit. The doctors and staff are just great!

Des Rad is professional and knowledgeable about the procedures being done. I've tried other radiology facilities and was frustrated with their lack of knowledge. Their customer service people need a lot more training, especially when I know more than they do. Keep up the good work Des Rad! I will keep coming back to you.

It was easy and everyone was very helpful. Not your fault, but one patient came in to book an appointment, but was told it was too late. She had driven a long distance and had tried to call for days, but said no one ever answered the phone. She was very upset. Maybe you need to add more people to your phones. Also noticed a flyer saying you no longer take Aetna insurance as of 10/1. That sounded bad for people with Aetna.
