Making an appt. is a nightmare. I’ve had to make 3 appts. In the last 2 months. Every time I was on hold for more than an hour & ended up driving to the facility to make them. Not acceptable. On the other hand, every employee I’ve been in contact with is a 10. Kind, caring and efficient.
