Making an appt. is a nightmare. Iāve had to make 3 appts. In the last 2 months. Every time I was on hold for more than an hour & ended up driving to the facility to make them. Not acceptable. On the other hand, every employee Iāve been in contact with is a 10. Kind, caring and efficient.Ā

The staff was friendly and professional. Very helpful and overall it was a very good experience. An MRI can be very uncomfortable for the patient, however the staff was very caring.Ā
