The Technician wasn't the friendliest. She was coughing quite a bit, and was NOT wearing a mask. The small patches that she put under my breast were NOT removed after the procedure, I removed them once I arrived home. I've been to that facility a couple of times for a Mammogram, and the Technicians were great. However, on this particular visit, the Technician did very little talking, and did not engage as to what she was doing next. This was NOT a good visit to say the least. Desert Radiology was able to accommodate me with a fast needle biopsy appointment when another Radiology facility refused to expedite a appointment even though I explained the urgency needed because of a very high cancer risk due to my family history. I put in a second request and was denied a second time. The Dr. said to wait 6 months!! With my family cancer history that wait time was not an option for me. Thank You Desert Radiology for understanding and caring for me!!
