Although it was hard to get scheduled for my procedures the staff once I checked in were amazing. All from receptionist, nurses, doctors, and mammography staff, were friendly, thoughtful, understanding, and pleasant getting me through all diagnostic procedures. The staff at the DR Palamino location are the best!💕

I have ultra sound and CT SCAN. The lady who did my ULTRA SOUND WAS VERY KIND,VERY PLEASANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. Her name was CASSANDRA. She even let me use bath room during my ultra sound as I have enlarged Prostate. This is the first time I got 100% satisfied. I hope your all staff will be like her. The lady who did CT SCAN was ok. No complaint but really no comparison with CASSANDRA ultra sound Technition. I have so many times but she is the one took care much more than other technicians.

I thought the staff was professional and explained each step. My technician was very gentle and let me know each step she was taking rather a bit of pressure applied or whatever the action she took.
