My tech and my doctor were both capable, professional and kind - I had much less pain than the last time I had a biopsy, and all facets of the procedure were explained & all my questions answered fully. They were excellent medical professionals.

The actual appointment always goes smoothly. It’s the horrendous wait times to make the appointment that could use a change. Also, I recently had the need to cancel an appointment because as I was en route to it a family member passed away suddenly. Perhaps a different means of being able to get in touch in such cases quickly would avoid people being told - “you should have called earlier to cancel” - how in hell could I have anticipated that?

Clean facility. Excellent customer service from the front. And Excellent customer service from the doctor that did my ultrasound Biopsy. And Delima had a Excellent customer doing my ultrasound. And answering all my questions. Because I am a nervous person. I recommend Desert Radiology Excellent place.
