Staff was very nice, scheduling could use attention. Had to go in person to schedule appointment, placed on hold multiple times with no one answering for 4 hours (this was not the local office’s fault) Waited over an hour after reporting time to get called. Missed with IV needle 3 times before other staff were called and completed 1st try. Overall have to give 4/5 based on the nice stuff.
