The hardest part of my experience was trying to get an appointment. I couldn’t get an appointment thru the phone so I had to drive to the facility to get an appointment.At the facility from signing up to getting the mammogram and ultrasound it was awesome.

The negatives are all overshadowed by the kind treatment the tech gave me. The Palomino location building however is way to dark for even early evening appointment and the security person inside the door was practically sleeping on a desk fully engaged on a “FaceTime” call never as much as lifting her eyes to acknowledge a patient or assailant was entering the building. I will avoid that location.

The Technician wasn't the friendliest. She was coughing quite a bit, and was NOT wearing a mask. The small patches that she put under my breast were NOT removed after the procedure, I removed them once I arrived home. I've been to that facility a couple of times for a Mammogram, and the Technicians were great. However, on this particular visit, the Technician did very little talking, and did not engage as to what she was doing next. This was NOT a good visit to say the least. I have a very good experience at Desert Radiology-Palomino. The Door Guard was very kind and helpful as soon as I entered the facility. I also have a pleasant experience with the radiologist technician during my mammogram exam on 01/26/2023. Very nice and clean facility. I highly recommend to everyone.
