I had great service with the staff member at reception. I was unable to schedule an appt because I had several pictures to take. She managed to schedule all areas immediately.
Wait time can be improved
Smooth. Easy intake and little wait for x-ray. Lindsay the tech was efficient and personable.
I was unfamiliar with the service. Staff were very helpful and I was seen as a walk-in in a timely manner.
Everyone was kind & professional. DR is always caring with me when I have my appointments. One bad experience at Cathedral location and I won’t go back. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
The CT Technologist (Hannah) was extremely caring and knowledgeable. The front desk check in process was seamless and efficient (Megan and Marlene).
Had to wait over an hour for my X-ray I think Mary paperwork was misplaced. Otherwise fine once. Tech got to me
Long wait time on the phone to schedule and appointment follow up. Besides that, excellent customer service
