I had great service with the staff member at reception. I was unable to schedule an appt because I had several pictures to take. She managed to schedule all areas immediately.

My daughter had to have an mri with and without contrast. They had a difficult time getting a vein and almost gave up. Was told that she couldn’t even have the mri without contrast without another order….. that couldn't be done. We had been there for over an hour at this point most her being in a paper gown. I do understand the techs position but I also had an order that specifically stated both ways. What difference should it make how it is done.
The CT Technologist (Hannah) was extremely caring and knowledgeable. The front desk check in process was seamless and efficient (Megan and Marlene).

Had to wait over an hour for my X-ray I think Mary paperwork was misplaced. Otherwise fine once. Tech got to me
Long wait time on the phone to schedule and appointment follow up. Besides that, excellent customer service
