Quick and easy...very helpful staff
If you want or/and expect caring, kind, friendly, patient and professional people whom will be there to help you with your needs, Desert Radiology is your place ! ! I’d never successfully had an MRI because I am so claustrophobic ! But here I was able to do it, thanks to Jim ! He was very patient and understanding, and had a soothing voice that I was able to not just listen but to actually hear ! I thank all of you there At Desert Radiology from start to finish ! And for getting me in 3 hours before my actual appointment !
Didn’t have to wait for a long time that day…. Front desk employee was excellent in registering me…. Technician was courteous and helpful in helping me with the tests…
All went well! Went into the office and everyone was pleasant and easy to work with! Extremely accommodating! The imaging was easy and fast! I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Thank you 😊
