Attempted to set up appointments on three different days with wait times of each over 30 minutes on the phone ( before I hung up) to schedule a Dr. recommended appointment. Not acceptable. No ability to leave a message and have a scheduler return the call to eliminate my having to be “ on hold” that long. I will refuse to use this company and make other arrangements for services.
