The professional staff was well trained, skillful and very compassionate! excellent service during a necessary but complicated and uncomfortable procedure. I felt the team at DR did an excellent job so the 5 star review is well deserved.

My exam was a pre-op, walk-in chest x-ray. When I went to my nearest location, the rep told me there was a very long wait time and she called the next nearest location to find a much shorter wait time. That was much appreciated and excellent customer service.

I wasn’t given much instruction and I was not given a booster for under my knees which I needed. I saw a booster at the end of the table when I got up, and they did not offer to help me up, so I don’t know why they don’t offer that. It’s standard procedure!! I also could not hear the speaker giving instruction because of all the noise in there, and as I said , they gave me no help.
