I wasn’t given much instruction and I was not given a booster for under my knees which I needed. I saw a booster at the end of the table when I got up, and they did not offer to help me up, so I don’t know why they don’t offer that. It’s standard procedure!! I also could not hear the speaker giving instruction because of all the noise in there, and as I said , they gave me no help.
The intake was and wait room was quick for amount of patients there! Felt like the staff handled their jobs very well. My procedure and personal care was thorough and no pain after made it a successful visit
My last visit was at the Rainbow location. I just got to say, the staff here are Excellent! All deserve 5 Stars! Front desk, made me Smile! Bone test, made me comfortable and assured! Upper GI, made me, Smile, 💝comforted, 💝assured with clarity!💝and very Thankful in their knowledge and above all, CARE!💝🙏 Precious U all are!💝
Very good was fast Didn’t wait long
Scheduling via main line needs work - took 45 minutes to get a person to pick up, who was super nice but not educated on the type of X-rays I needed and scheduled me for the next day, rather than allowing 2 days prior to pick up prep materials. So trip made next. day turned out to be an hour to get rescheduled and get prep kit.
