The chrck in staff and the radiology technician deserve high praise. If not for the facility itself, I would have given 5 stars. Access for a handicapped wheelchair bound person, someone on crutches, using a cane or walker are inadequate. The mechanism to open the door did not work. The path to sign in is narrow with multiple blindxturns which increase the likelihood of a collision. Staff in their perspective areas were excellent and helpful. I only go to Dessert Rad for all my imaging, whether it’s x-rays, MRI etc. I have used different locations & had a good experience at each one. I have recommended them multiple times. I thank all the people that work there for always helping me feel comfortable with some scary procedures. Making an appointment is easy & wait time when I get there is reasonable. Thank you Dessert Rad for caring for me like family.
