I walked in at 2:30pm knowing I didn’t have an appointment but with only 1 technician for X-Rays, I had to wait 2 hours in pain with a pinched nerve in left shoulder when all others with appointments were seen first.😢

Thank you for your feedback. X-Ray is performed on a walk-in basis at all DR facilities. If other patients were seen before you, please note that they may have arrived first or had appointments for a different imaging exam. Unfortunately wait times can vary by time of day - with lunch and mid-afternoon being the busiest. Our team works hard to get to each patient as quickly as possible. We do apologize for any extended wait time.
