Have been to Desert Radiology for many years. Have used several location(just because of appointment times were convenient). With them having so many locations it makes it very convenient. All locations I've visited the staff was excellent and location was clean and orderly.

On April 7 I was scheduled for CT thorax with contrast. So very bad they can’t get my IV line . I knew my veins are ok but didn’t understand why they didn’t get it . I was already in the ct table lying down when she started IV insertion - failed so another staff tried but failed too. It’s not the proper way cause my right hand is hanging when he inserted the needle. So , failed again! Supposed to be a patient is sitting well comfortably upon doing the insertion . After booking myself in for a walk in xray, I was left to my I’m device. Everybody who came in after me, were called before me for the same walk in service, I waited over an hour to be seen.
