Showed up at the appointment to find they never checked my insurance. Had to pay to get my ultrasound. Tech was great. When I called to get a copy of my invoice to submit to my insurance company they said I needed to send proof of payment. Really? It posted in my account and they said they can send the invoice after they receive my proof in 30-45 days. This level of bureaucracy means I will never be back there as I have neither the time nor patience for this.
This was first time at Charleston site. While scheduling and office was efficient the techs had some issues. The iv blew the original connection and is still bruised. The iv surge with dye was very painful - I have done this a number of times before. They did not offer water after either.
I was on hold for 34 minutes to speak with someone to schedule an appointment. Yes, I timed it because I couldn't believe it was taking so long.
Attempted to set up appointments on three different days with wait times of each over 30 minutes on the phone ( before I hung up) to schedule a Dr. recommended appointment. Not acceptable. No ability to leave a message and have a scheduler return the call to eliminate my having to be “ on hold” that long. I will refuse to use this company and make other arrangements for services.
Impossible to make an appointment!! No one answers the phone and the website makes you enter a code about 10 times! What’s going on?? Pep need to get in and you are not assisting.
I didn’t choose DR my insurance did. You are to busy to want to have All the business in the valley. I’ve lived here for 50 years and never had use just one Radiologist. You call and call no answer the phone. When they do after waiting let’s just say to start 1:50 minutes on the phone or more. Then you have to go to the establishment to make an app-appointment. It was supposed to be a 30 minute wait for a Xray that turned into a lifetime of waiting, I dropped my husband off at work for 12 pm and had to pick my son up from after school activities for 4pm and I barely made it to pick him up after my xray.
My experience have been excellent
