Holding water a little discomfortingĀ
The scheduling department is terrible. They donāt speak English well or understand simple English medical terms like āsedationā.Ā
Wait was longer than told it would be at registration.Ā
I would love it if appointments would be made for X-rays so wait time would be minimized and apparently my results were not received by my orthopedic surgeon who will NOT perform my surgery without itĀ
If I can put minus 50 stars I would do it. I would rather kill myself than come back to this company again. God help us all ,you are the only one who can save us. Ā
Tried for several days to schedule an appointment by phone, but it's actually quicker to take a 20 minute drive to their office to do it in person, including the trip home. Then another mess up over the actual authorization that took more time to correct, but I finally got my appointment. Two days before my appointment, the call and tell be to arrive 30 minutes early, not for paperwork or any valid reason, but to get a head start. I did what I was told and was rewarded with a 30 minute wait before my name was called.Ā
My daughter had to have an mri with and without contrast. They had a difficult time getting a vein and almost gave up. Was told that she couldnāt even have the mri without contrast without another orderā¦.. that couldn't be done. We had been there for over an hour at this point most her being in a paper gown. I do understand the techs position but I also had an order that specifically stated both ways. What difference should it make how it is done.Ā

Shortstaffed waited way too long, just to get x-rays not good!! And then the tech took forever hold you in certain position and when here and pay, thatās too long! Was horribleĀ
