Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants and even the doctor were great with my son. He came home and was actually excited to have had a little work done. Thank you to all who helped my son with his anxiety.
Some of the dental assistants are really good and kind and great with children! Dr. M I think it is the male he is good but I noticed the first time I seen him he seemed really great and informative about my son with the issues. The second he seemed he could care less to listen to the real issues but me off and didn’t listen to anything I had to say or was trying to say! We just visited the office for my kids first dental appointments this week. The office is super clean, and my kids definitely appreciated the open treatment area so they could see nothing scary was going on. The appointment was able to be at the same time so we were in and out with xrays and cleaning for both in under 20 minutes. The hygienist we had was so kind, he really put my kids at ease, my son couldn't say enough good things about the lady who did his xrays , and the doctor was great! 10/10 experience!
We just started bringing my 6 year old here after having a not-as-pleasant experience at another dentist, and we’ve been really happy with our visits. All of the hygienists and techs and dentists seem great with kids, and they really have a way of making the kids enjoy the visit. They’re also really great with explaining what to expect in terms of growth and care to the parents. I’m really glad we decided to come here and would highly recommend it!
Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry was highly recommended to us and they have been nothing but amazing!!! The best service, extremely helpful reminders, and quick appointments. We have never had to wait long for any of our appointments. The staff is so friendly & Dr. Stolz is an incredible pediatric dentist. She is so patient & kind. Everyone is always accommodating to whatever we need. I would highly recommend!
