My son had a very good experience at Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry North. The dentist we saw (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was very kind, patient, and took the time to ask questions and make sure my son felt comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that my son felt the cleaning wasn’t as thorough as he expected. That said, the overall visit was positive, and I would definitely go back and take him to see that dentist again.

We've always had a positive experience. However, this last time I did have an issue with one of the employees (I didn't get her name) although she was in the back. While she was asking questions, at first, I didn't even realize she was speaking to me. She kept her back to me the whole time she talked. Once I realized she was talking to me, I got up to see if she would at least have eye contact then and that didn't happen. Absolutely amazing experience, nobody left me in the dark. Even though my children get dental work done they still love going to the dentist because of everybody they are so friendly and kind to my children. You don't see this type of customer service or care much anymore.

My five-year-old son needed multiple procedures, and after visiting several pediatric dentists for second opinions, we finally came here — and we could not be happier with our choice. With many of the other dentists we visited, it felt like they were looking at our son’s mouth as dollar signs, recommending unnecessary treatments just to cash in. That was not the case here. All the staff were super friendly and took great care of my baby girl during her dental procedure. Her doctor even called later that day to make sure she was okay, these guys are awesome!
