I love them for filler and sculptra but the Botox is definitely watered down. I get 42 units everywhere else I go and it lasts a full 3 months. The past three times I've gotten it at DA, it wears off in a month and several times I've had to come back because it was uneven or not working the same on both sides of my face. At one point an injector put 72, yes 72, units of Botox in. They water it down so you both need more (more $ for them) and so they can use less product. Won't ever go back for Botox with them. I am beyond frustrated and extremely unhappy with my experiences at Destination Aesthetics over the last three visits. Each time, they've completely botched my face, leaving me with results that are not only subpar but downright damaging. The product they used wore off after just one month, which is unacceptable. I do not want to haggle with the person injecting a needle into my face. I used to love this place. I felt safe here since 2019. They recently changed their business model over to a "subscription bank" And now it just feels scammy. They wanted me to pay $1300 for a single session of Botox when 3 months ago it was $980. "All of our discounts have been discontinued and are now in this subscription plan. $350 a month." I walked out. When I stood up to leave, the injector began to haggle. I have been to this location and another three times and never again. First the reviews they literally stalk you for a positive review so do what you want with that information. They don't answer the phone in the front which is horrible since they charge you for a missed or late appointment. Their Botox prices are ridiculous and I swear it's watered down. I hope they post this because their customer service depends on how you look to them. Don't go here it's obvious they just want money but also inconsistent service.

Kiana , the local assistant manager , literally watched a YouTube video in the corner before attending me, when I arrived she told me to sit down and wait. I thought she was pulling up my file--nope. She was watching a makeup tutorial. I'm not sure why such a good clinic would hire these types of individuals. Purely inexcusable

Nobody's answering their phone. I called at nine. My appointments at 10. I need to change it to a little bit later and then they said they're gonna text me so I text back the AI agent and they said I don't have an appointment that's two strikes in one day.

I took a day off for mine and my mom's appointment with Jessica. They text me the same day to cancel that appointment. I mean, I took a day off. I am not working. I lose that money just to come to my appointment. You could have text me day before that way I could not lose those hours. That is so unprofessional.

I was referred to this company (Elk Grove) for microdermabrasion treatment and had high hopes, especially since I was seeking help for my melasma. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. After my initial appointment, I had several important concerns and questions.
