I was referred to this company for microdermabrasion treatment and had high hopes, especially since I was seeking help for my melasma. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. After my initial appointment, I had several important concerns and questions. The aesthetician assured me she would be available, but it took over five emails and five phone calls before I gave up. This place is very secretive about their prices. They refused to tell me how much a syringe of lip filler cost. Their customer service is also terrible and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. Save your money and go to another place that is upfront about their prices.

I have been getting botox/filler/chemical peels/lasers for years from a spa in Folsom but unfortunately they do not do under eye filler, so a quick google search lead me to Destination Aesthetics. I decided to book a consultation and I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and made sure I had already pre-filled all the forms and they had all my information so I wouldn't hold anything up. I hate to leave a bad review given how nice the staff are. But I keep getting emails to leave a review, and I had a bad experience that should be shared. I visited Destination Aesthetics on late August to try Botox for the first time. The nurse was really nice and she said she does minimal injections as to not have an overdone look. I preferred that, and she injected me with Botox in my forehead and chin area. I was told to not exercise, lie flat, etc after the treatment. So I didn't and that experience was fine. Just check reviews and always always feel comfortable of any service you will require from them. After talking with any individual they seem to have THE fountain of youth objective but they do not achieve a perfect "destination". If I'm gonna try to improve what god gave me (with thousands of dollars) then it should be perfect. End result I'm not

The quality has decreased greatly over the years while all the prices have increased. There isn't anything special there to justify going here any longer. They have emailed and called several times for my feedback, but when I finally tell them about my experience, their response seems indifferent. They seem to only value positive feedback they can share on their websites. Here are issues I've encountered in my last few visits: 1) Minimum spends on Botox. Went for Laser Ebrium Resurfacing in El Dorado Hills. After a thorough consultation regarding my objectives, I ordered three laser treatments to improve my skin. While the Aesthetician was very thorough and a delight to work with, the treatment itself was worthless. Very disappointed and will not return. I would have seen better results with a good hydrating facial. This treatment is not cheap by any means, so don't waste your money.
