Went for Laser Ebrium Resurfacing in El Dorado Hills. After a thorough consultation regarding my objectives, I ordered three laser treatments to improve my skin. While the Aesthetician was very thorough and a delight to work with, the treatment itself was worthless. Very disappointed and will not return. I would have seen better results with a good hydrating facial. This treatment is not cheap by any means, so don't waste your money.

After being a loyal customer for approximately 6 years and even kept coming when my regular nurse injector left a went to another company because I used to truly love the DA experience now customer service has hit rock bottom and they don't seem to care . Find a place where customer service matters and staff show empathy.

This is the only place I'll go to and I would have given 5 stars but I had an issue with billing. I was told to pay $828.12 but it was not calculating and applying my $75 off from alle. I paid because I trusted that it was calculated correctly and so when I got to my car with the invoice and broke it down it was still not calculating out to what I was supposed to pay. I walked back in and explained that I was charged an extra $75 and then another lady got involved and just looked at the invoice quickly and said I can see tha... read more

The first time I went for botox at DA I had Lauren and she injected a lot into me (more than expected) but still did a great job and even had me come in a week later to see how I was doing and if I needed a little more, which apparently, she thought I did. I do not recommend. Worst experience ever...Unprofessional, untrained, and unqualified people. Thieves. The 10 Botox units promised...are just 7...you pay for the other 3...The RN Terra Khan has no experience for nasolabial folds, and she mislead me. Not cool. And remember to check how much product is left unused in the syringes
