I went in to get fillers in my lips and jawline. I believe her name was Veronica. Lips were done okay but I specifically told her where I needed filler in my jawline because I had prominent jowels. Instead of evening my jawline out she injected my jaw Exactly where my jowels were making it look even worse. I looked horrific!!! I was in for CoolSculpt treatment, didn't see a lot of difference but was hopeful that with time I would get better results. Even after a year my stomach is lumpy and sensitive and the results were minimal. I really don't recommend this procedure, way too expensive for little results, and the pain after each treatment was going on for days. I was looking for a less invasive alternative to loose my belly fat and unfortunately CoolSculpt didn't work for me. Before the procedure I saw great reviews about this place. I noticed ... read more

Did hydra facial here, the experience was horrible. The lady who did my facial was very rough, left a lot red marks on my face, today they all turned purple and bruised. She even did it on my lips super roughly to the point where I ate a lot of the product they used on my face. I normally do hydrafacial once a month and never had an experience like this. I had a virtual consultation from DA a couple years ago looking into certain procedures and forgot about it but after I had another consultation in person I remembered how impersonal and uninterested it was. I got an email advertising 15% off and out of curiosity checked out the menu and saw they did PRF eye injections as a natural alternative to fillers which I don't want. Usually visit the location in Sacramento (which I have had positive experiences), but I work in Elk Grove and thought I'd give it a try because I could go during lunch. Scheduled an appointment and they sent me a text the day before to say they had to cancel. I rescheduled online and then again, they canceled the appointment. I tried a third time. I rescheduled...and again they canceled! When I finally got an appointment at the Sacramento location I explained what happened and they had no explanation.
I just spent $200 for a diamond glow for my son today. He came home an extracted multiple blackheads from his nose and face! I've been getting facials/ microdermabrasion every 8 weeks for the past 30 years. NEVER have I come home to extract black heads from my face! Not happy! My son's face does not look any better! I may dispute this charge
