I got the Botox lip flip. $120. Every one of the staff was classy and warm. They answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and transparency. This was the first time I ever had any kind of injectables. About three or four days until I saw results. But this is just a perfect answer for those of us that don't want to break the bank. You all are so sweet thanks for your help ! It's the honesty and transparency for me I really am gonna come back because of that. They had the opportunity to sell me a dream but they didn't that's what I call integrity!

I am so so disappointed with this place. My issues aren't that bad, and I've only had one syringe of nasolabial filler at a time to get the results I'm looking for. Last time, I tried a teeny bit of cheek filler a couple of months prior, but my usual place was booked up, and I had an event I wanted to look really good for. This time, I splurged. I got crows feet Botox with Rachel for the first time. One of my eyes gets more crow feet lines with expression or smiling. But even after dysport, that one eye had no difference, even after 1-2 months and following appropriate post treatment recommendations. I love them for filler and sculptra but the Botox is definitely watered down. I get 42 units everywhere else I go and it lasts a full 3 months. The past three times I've gotten it at DA, it wears off in a month and several times I've had to come back because it was uneven or not working the same on both sides of my face. At one point an injector put 72, yes 72, units of Botox in. They water it down so you both need more (more $ for them) and so they can use less product. Won't ever go back for Botox with them. I do not want to haggle with the person injecting a needle into my face. I used to love this place. I felt safe here since 2019. They recently changed their business model over to a "subscription bank" And now it just feels scammy. They wanted me to pay $1300 for a single session of Botox when 3 months ago it was $980. "All of our discounts have been discontinued and are now in this subscription plan. $350 a month." I walked out. When I stood up to leave, the injector began to haggle. I have been to this location and another three times and never again. First the reviews they literally stalk you for a positive review so do what you want with that information. They don't answer the phone in the front which is horrible since they charge you for a missed or late appointment. Their Botox prices are ridiculous and I swear it's watered down. I hope they post this because their customer service depends on how you look to them. Don't go here it's obvious they just want money but also inconsistent service.
