I have been going to DA for many years in Sacramento and during that time I have seen a large turnover of assistants come and go. First of all, that is a bit of a red flag to me that none of them seems to stay very long in one location I let that go because who knows what factors play into this and service was usually good. Like alot of these reviews, botox started not to last as long so I switched to Dysport at a higher price, but I noticed it didnt last any longer for the money. Terrible customer service. A mean girls group. I complained about an associate who made a rude personal comment. The next visit I was treated worse by the whole staff. The management wanted to compensate me with a skin powder. An associate gave me a broken used sample. I did not notice until I got home. I was not going back for a new one or ever.

I've been coming to DA for a few years now. Overall, my experience has been fine. However, though I initially had really positive results with Sculptra, the last few times I tried it, I saw zero improvements. The response I got when I brought it up to the provider was, "Well, you would not know what it would look like if you didn't do it at all, so it's likely helping." I went in to get fillers in my lips and jawline. I believe her name was Veronica. Lips were done okay but I specifically told her where I needed filler in my jawline because I had prominent jowels. Instead of evening my jawline out she injected my jaw Exactly where my jowels were making it look even worse. I looked horrific!!! Yes I knew the swelling was a thing because I've gotten fillers many times but she botched my placement and I looked like Thanos!! I gave it three weeks. Four weeks. I was in for CoolSculpt treatment, didn't see a lot of difference but was hopeful that with time I would get better results. Even after a year my stomach is lumpy and sensitive and the results were minimal. I really don't recommend this procedure, way too expensive for little results, and the pain after each treatment was going on for days. I was looking for a less invasive alternative to loose my belly fat and unfortunately CoolSculpt didn't work for me. Before the procedure I saw great reviews about this place.
