I was referred to this company (Elk Grove) for microdermabrasion treatment and had high hopes, especially since I was seeking help for my melasma. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. After my initial appointment, I had several important concerns and questions. The aesthetician assured me she would be available, but it took over five emails and five phone calls before I gave up. The quality has decreased greatly over the years while all the prices have increased. There isn't anything special there to justify going here any longer. They have emailed and called several times for my feedback, but when I finally tell them about my experience, their response seems indifferent. They seem to only value positive feedback they can share on their websites. Here are issues I've encountered in my last few visits: 1) Minimum spends on Botox. Even for 4-6 units of Botox - which should be $56 - $84 max - you are ... read more

Went for Laser Ebrium Resurfacing in El Dorado Hills. After a thorough consultation regarding my objectives, I ordered three laser treatments to improve my skin. While the Aesthetician was very thorough and a delight to work with, the treatment itself was worthless. Very disappointed and will not return. I would have seen better results with a good hydrating facial. This treatment is not cheap by any means, so don't waste your money.

Went for Laser Ebrium Resurfacing in El Dorado Hills. After a thorough consultation regarding my objectives, I ordered three laser treatments to improve my skin. After being a loyal customer for approximately 6 years and even kept coming when my regular nurse injector left a went to another company because I used to truly love the DA experience now customer service has hit rock bottom and they don't seem to care . Find a place where customer service matters and staff show empathy.

This is the only place I'll go to and I would have given 5 stars but I had an issue with billing. I was told to pay $828.12 but it was not calculating and applying my $75 off from alle. I paid because I trusted that it was calculated correctly and so when I got to my car with the invoice and broke it down it was still not calculating out to what I was supposed to pay. I walked back in and explained that I was charged an extra $75 and then another lady got involved and just looked at the invoice quickly and said I can see tha... read more
