I do not want to haggle with the person injecting a needle into my face. I used to love this place. I felt safe here since 2019. They recently changed their business model over to a "subscription bank" And now it just feels scammy. They wanted me to pay $1300 for a single session of Botox when 3 months ago it was $980. "All of our discounts have been discontinued and are now in this subscription plan. $350 a month." I walked out. When I stood up to leave, the injector began to haggle. I have been to this location and another three times and never again. First the reviews they literally stalk you for a positive review so do what you want with that information. They don't answer the phone in the front which is horrible since they charge you for a missed or late appointment. Their Botox prices are ridiculous and I swear it's watered down. I hope they post this because their customer service depends on how you look to them. Don't go here it's obvious they just want money but also inconsistent service.

Nobody's answering their phone. I called at nine. My appointments at 10. I need to change it to a little bit later and then they said they're gonna text me so I text back the AI agent and they said I don't have an appointment that's two strikes in one day.

I was referred to this company (Elk Grove) for microdermabrasion treatment and had high hopes, especially since I was seeking help for my melasma. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. After my initial appointment, I had several important concerns and questions. The quality has decreased greatly over the years while all the prices have increased. There isn't anything special there to justify going here any longer. They have emailed and called several times for my feedback, but when I finally tell them about my experience, their response seems indifferent. Went for Laser Ebrium Resurfacing in El Dorado Hills. After a thorough consultation regarding my objectives, I ordered three laser treatments to improve my skin. While the Aesthetician was very thorough and a delight to work with, the treatment itself was worthless. Very disappointed and will not return. I would have seen better results with a good hydrating facial. This treatment is not cheap by any means, so don't waste your money.
