Do not buy parts from this place. Quality is very low. Costumer service is terrible. I bought a brand new rack and pinion and almost died on the highway from a major failure and lost control of steering.

I purchased struts, stabilizer links, lower control arms, and CV axles in June 2025. Within a few days the right CV axle began making a snapping noise on turns. Within 3 weeks the left axle began doing the same. I contacted Detroit Axle in August and was told that I couldn't get a refund without a supervisor OK. I was told that someone would contact me. It is now late October and nobody has contacted me. Now they have ghosted me. Junk parts! Horrible customer service. Don't buy anything from this SCAM company.

On Order #2858584, I purchased a 130A 12V alternator. Detroit Axle shipped an incorrect part (a motor starter), rendering my vehicle inoperable. ​I contacted support on October 19th and spoke with Tayseer Jarrar. ​The company acknowledged their error. ​I explained the part was critical for my vehicle, which I use for work. ​I requested expedited shipping for the correct part to remedy their mistake. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered front and rear brake pads and rotors. Install them sunday, broke them in the way they said to and within two miles, the rotors were pulsating unbearably. Reached out to them to get warranted rotors. And now they want me to bring them to a garage and pay money to have them verified, they're warped. Customer service was horrible and rude. Refuse to put me in contact with management

Just a heads up on auto parts...I bought front quick struts from Detroit Axle and they didn't even last 6k miles. They want me to pay half what I originally paid them for them to warranty parts out. I wouldn't recommend Detroit Axle to my worst enemy!

This company claims my part would be at my house on 10/7-2 day shipping as claimed. I paid on the 10/5.I bought mt part because they claimed 2 day shipping. Don't trust this company--also, I just saw my same part for $120.00, they charged $155.00, same part. So, they cheated me on price & did not delive4r as promised.. agent said Sorry Sir.. no refunds & too bad about the shipping Shop elsewhere, they are dishonest, and you will find a better price

In a nutshell…. Worst customer service ever! Ordered parts on September 26 with delivery date of Oct 2 then it changed to Oct 5 (not once informed) then when we looked at delivery info the date changed again when we called customer service we got excuses and straight told NO when I asked if we could speak to a supervisor.
