I ordered after 2 pm called back next morning to make change and was told to cancel and reorder no notifications no refund yet i have reordered so now there are two charges only after calling several times and said i would call authorities did I suddenly get a fishy looking email stating a cancellation has been submitted the same BS that the agents were saying who ever heard of not getting a notification of an order that hasnt been shipped the charge is still pending that i would have to wait 24 to 48 hours to be notified th... read more

I made an order and once received (delayed shipping :( ) I noticed I ordered the wrong parts contacted DA and received a return shipping label. I was told it would take 5 days to process the returned parts to verify no damage and still in new condition (I never opener the box) returned the wrong parts and tried ordering the proper ones. everything was done via email until I wanted to place the order.
