Surgeon is a nasty individual towards staff.
The surgeon/founder of this practice so willingly and publicly posted a live stream that shows him excessively cursing and belittling his staff while operating on a patient. If this is how he treats his staff, imagine how he treats his patients. Also there are multiple studies out there that show, poor communication (like this surgeon displays) significantly increases poor outcomes for patients. I dont recommend you take that risk. Find someone who respects his patients and staff.
Very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to staff. Abuse of authority. This isn’t the 60’s just because you’re a surgeon doesn’t mean you’re going to talk to people how ever you want. Get with the program .

Speaks to his nurses like a doctor would have in 1915. Go there if you wanna encourage misogynistic behavior and a disgusting inhumane doctor. While you're under he'll be more focused on his little ego than on your spine. If you read this Dr. Deukmedjian nurses are professionnals, not things for you to throw around or a punching bag when you feel like it. Ill mannered disgusting.
