Ara is an asshole. Extremely rude to his staff. Would not let this horrible human being to touch me or my family.
Unprofessional. Compromises patient safety by perpetuating a hostile work environment and abusive behavior to staff members during surgeries. Imagine your surgeon berating others and boosting his own ego while actively performing surgery on your spine? As a nurse, I would never work with this man. As a patient, I would never trust him to keep his composure while I was under the knife.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I witnessed Dr. Ara display one of the most unprofessional and disturbing behaviors I’ve ever seen in a healthcare setting. During a surgical procedure—in front of the entire operating room staff and while streaming on Facebook Live, no less—Dr. Ara cussed out a nurse in a humiliating and aggressive manner. Might not want to livestream your hostile work environment. I see a big wrongful termination settlement in your future. Hostile work environment termination can cost a lot. When it is livestreamed it is easy to prove and has the additional cost of bad PR. 🤣🤣🤣
Horrible. You ‘re insane for treating any human the way you did. I could give two shits less that you are some big fancy doctor. I’m guess you suck as a doctor aka surgeon if you are this miserable of a person. You are a dispiriting human… Just a guess here, but I bet you drive a huge, big truck…… I hope karma runs you over at the next stop. When did it become “woke” to treat your surgical colleagues with respect? I do not recommend this doc with old-school boomer mentality. He is toxic, sexist, narcissistic, and an absolute disgrace. He has the integrity of microwaved lettuce.
