Treats his staff like they are so below him, doesn’t know how to articulate his thoughts and expects his staff to read his mind. Called on of his nurses a “bitch” during a live stream. Probably thinks he is God at this point 🤷🏽♀️
Absolutely diabolical. The worst treatment of staff I have ever witnessed. I am disgusted and ashamed of your lack of professionalism. Additionally, with this lack of decorum, I fear your practice is faulty and your education is questionable at best.
As a nurse for 30 yrs, after seeing the pure disrespect for other healthcare professionals/nurses by Dr Ara D. I would never recommend for anyone to be an employee or patient. I don’t care how skilled Dr Ara is, from my experience, someone with such a God complex, is usually not a caring or compassionate physician.
After seeing how you treat your nurses, I wouldn’t recommend Deuk Spine Institute.
Don’t recommend anyone who can’t treat their staff like human beings. Rude, degrading and has a god complex.
Any patient considering treatment with this physician should first review the unedited version of his live stream video… If he can treat staff in this manner, rest assured he doesn’t have the moral character to be operating on you as a patient.
Google him! The way this surgeon spoke to his colleague in the operating room is disgusting! His god like ego and condescending attitude is indicative of a man with an incredibly small limp male appendage. Belittling others must make his little Vienna sausage tingle just enough to make him feel like a real man. I feel sorry for his mother, wife, daughters or any other woman in his life. Arrogant men like this need a strong woman to knock them of their high horse. Sign me up Dr. Ara Deukmedjian.
