All-in-all a good experience. There was some confusion in the end regarding the wire transfer that I thought could have been avoided.
Extremely efficient! I was not pre approved but was still able to close in 35 days!!! Very impressed with their high level of service.
LeaderOne Financial was outstanding. They worked very hard to ensure I met my closing date and the low price I paid for closing costs was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to use a VA loan or any other type of loan.
The team was great to work with. I had many questions and they were answered quickly. I loved that they kept me up to date on what is going on during the loan process. I felt very much at ease with the process as I knew I was in great hands.

We are very happy with our experience with LeaderOne. They were in constant communication through the process, and adapted well to my family's busy schedule. The customer service was head and shoulders above previous company's we had used. I also loved the technology used like the scanning function on their app to send documents, and using an electronic signature. It made things easy and efficient.
Great experience with David and his team. This is my second loan close with them and I will continue to recommend and use in the future. I appreciate the responsiveness, flexibility, and knowledge this group brings to the process.
