The teller Cindy Croft at Carpenter Road branch in Ann Arbor was just wonderful- professional, friendly and edgy. She remembered me from an earlier visit, which I appreciated. All the tellers there in fact are warm and welcoming, as is the branch manager. I feel like a valued when I go there.
