It was great. I think every branch should have a manager like Danielle Smith. What else can I say. We open an IRA savings, finance a new car with share CD and rollover all the money we have in IRA account from other institution. She is an amazing person. I am 73 and she is the perfect person to deal with senior and explain the process very clear. I hope you let her know. Thanks Chandra P.

Nice young teller helped me. She even went to the wheelchair accessible counter window instead of the higher ones and yes, there have been tellers in the past who remained at the higher counter and said, "I can help you over here." making me accommodate them instead of the other way around. But not this young lady (and the tellers from my past two visits...indicating that maybe society is slowly "getting it".

Your services are EXCELLENT ! Your cashiers are doing GREAT jobs on daily basis with enthusiasm and great respect. I have never seen in any other banks the ways and manners the DFCU banks workers attend to customers like that in a very polite ways. DFCU is a bank of EXCELLENT !
