I've been with DFCU for over 10 years now, I believe. In the past, they've been helpful and friendly. And as far as I know, staff still is. I had one call recently with credit card services during which the woman I spoke with was very kind. I had called the number the app gave me to inquire about increasing my credit limit. I was on the phone with her for 20 minutes before she figured out that I needed to be calling customer service, not what the app said, but okay. I appreciated her time and kindness.
