Our checking account was breachedand a sizeable amount of money was taken. DFCU did recover the funds within 2-3 days and refunded the account. As a result of the account closure several creditors did not receive payments on-time and it caused some banking errors between FIserv and our creditors. When the creditors were unwilling to cooperate, I called DFCU because our case was unusual. We needed banking expertise to help us understand what happened and steps to take to resolve it.
